跑步完後一陣子才疲累 - 路跑 Road Running

各位跑步前輩好:
小弟我之前都只跑3k左右 但是為了參加半馬挑戰自我 最近開始加大練習量~
原則上是10k (1k/6.5分) 兩天跑一次
但是遇到一個問題 且常發生 : 跑完當下不是很累 也有補充運動飲料 可是大概過了一
至兩小時 忽然渾身非常疲倦 不是想睡覺的那種 就覺得很累很不舒服...
之前當兵鑑測跑3k也不會如此 (約14:30)
請問是身體出狀況嗎??? 還是訓練瓶頸??? 或是???
