跑步在半馬卡關 - 路跑 Road Running

我的狀況是大概一年前開始練跑,ㄧ周跑ㄧ次
前半年ㄧ次跑10K,大概是5.5-6.5分速的速度,最近三個月每次都跑15K,6-6.5分速
10月底有參加貓空路跑半馬,2小時15分
這周末開始想把距離開始往上加到全馬,不過才加到25就發現體力跟肌力到極限了
而且感覺是20-25這段距離體力跟肌力都有一個溜滑梯的狀況,呼吸也開始很快就亂
有聽到有人說是我跑姿有問題(個人跑步比較常大腿跟小腿痠,尤其是小腿,不過都只有
當天而已,然後半馬基本上會以前足著地or前足+足中)
目前目標是三月的淡金全馬,希望至少4個半小時內
請問一下我該怎麼練習?或是該怎麼從半馬往上加到全馬?
