脛骨內側疼痛... - 路跑 Road Running

每週跑步天數:3-4天
每次跑步距離or時間:6K左右
跑步地點/地面:大多在學校操場,pu跑道
距離用餐時間?大多尚未用餐或用餐後二三小時
是否有做暖身?暖身時間、方式?有,5-10分鐘,主要拉大小腿的筋
是否有做收操?收操時間、方式?有,10分鐘,一個拉筋動作持續20-30秒
疼痛部位?請形容一下您的疼痛?
左右小腿內側,脛骨旁,按壓會痛
剛開跑會有感,但跑了一陣子後會漸漸無感
是否有服用藥物或營養補給品(如:Move free、維骨力)?沒有
去年九月開始練跑後,因加入課程,月跑量從40、50K飆升到120、130K
訓練將近四個月,訓練到一半左右,脛前疼痛的症狀就發作了
那時有上網找相關資料,也去用滾筒滾滾,去復健科報到
但症狀沒有減緩,因為必須把課程run完,邊跑邊痛的度過了
四個月後,跑量驟降,大概維持50、60K,脛前疼痛就慢慢消失了
一直到九月,為了因應明年的初馬,開始提升跑量,來到了100K
跑到現在,在11月時脛前疼痛的問題又發作了
再上網查資料,看到了跑姿產生剪應力的可能
只是跑友說我跑步的動作不大,應該沒有過度跨步的問題
我的平均步頻約180spm,平均步幅約0.9-1公尺
跑姿部分可能再錄影研究一下...
爬完板上的文章,知道要休息要冰敷,還有訓練肌力
想請問各位跑友,什麼樣的肌力訓練可以降低脛前疼痛
去年課程中,要我們做深蹲、弓箭步、棒式、側棒式、喬式等
這些都是加強核心的,但有沒有針對脛前疼痛的?要訓練什麼肌群
自己加入跑步行列大約一年半左右
很多相關理論或運動傷害都不是那麼清楚
懇請各位跑友能予以協助指點,謝謝大家~
