跑步到底該不該用護膝? - 路跑 Road Running

就我從過去到現在的觀念,跑步應該是要戴護膝,來防止膝蓋的傷害才對吧。
不過今天去跑步的時候,有一位同在跑步的先生跟我說
『建議你跑步的時候不要戴護膝比較好,會阻礙膝蓋附近肌肉的鍛鍊』
他跟我說了一下,大概就是有不舒服的時候再戴,平常就別用了
還說這是他以前"教練"跟他說的。
平常在跑好像真的也沒什麼人戴,所以是真的有這麼一回事嗎??
