跑步.手比腳痠 - 路跑 Road Running

各位跑友好~
簡單自介:我是本版新手,一年前每週約3次跑步,一次3km。後來荒廢了一陣子.
.....最近重拾跑步,此生尚未一次跑超過10km。
問題請教:這幾天每次跑7~9km,速度大概6:40 min/km。
大約過了5km後手就好痠,從肩窩到上臂二頭肌部位都會痠痛,但是腳卻很安好可以繼續
跑。請問大家這現象可能是什麼原因?或應該如何改善呢?
跑步手臂姿勢:拳頭放在腰部外約5cm,拳心朝內或朝上,手臂向前劃小圈。
