只練三千會有什麼好壞嗎 ??? - 路跑 Road Running

請教一下 我是路跑外行人
跑步是從當兵才開始 以前運動都是打棒球 籃球
後來想要維持日常體能 腳力
才又開始跑步
可是我都一周頂多跑兩至三次 或一至兩次
累一點 就只跑兩千
有力點 就以當兵標準跑三千
三千大概都16分多吧 沒常測
可是我爬文 看一下版
感覺大家都好厲害 好專業
而且隨便好幾公里在跑
一些跑步規劃 計畫 跑鞋 等等 就都是很精密的計算 運作
所以想問一下 我不太懂這些東西
也沒啥大志向
但就維持在跑兩千 三千這樣
若是長期這樣
會有啥優缺點嗎??
像是距離太短沒作用? 或是什麼身體效果 等等
還是說應該要認真研究路跑 研擬一套計畫這樣??
