跑完步後,回到家開始反胃想吐 - 路跑 Road Running

今天跑了24km(五分速)
跑的途中,沒感到身體不適,狀況也不錯
到了12km,開始邊跑邊喝水
因為身體開始缺水,要補充水份
而我沒有大口喝
只是適當的小口小口喝
跑完只有膝蓋微微的不舒服
其他身體部位都還好
之後半個小時拉筋,也沒身體不適
回到家洗澡時,才慚慚地感覺想吐
但又吐不出來
請問各位大大是不是我邊跑邊喝水的問題?
還是其他身體方面有問題?
跑的途中該如何有效的補充水份?
該怎麼喝才是好的?
補充:
平常基本訓練都10km至15km!!
配速的話大概五分速到六分速!!
