跑一千六怎麼進步 - 路跑 Road Running

還有兩個月左右要體測,
目前跑一千六只能跑在八分鐘內,
而且跑八分鐘是很勉強的跑完,
跑得超喘的,還沒跑完就會想停下來用走的,
都是硬撐的盡量跑完@@
(肺活量超差的…)
希望能跑到七分鐘內,
可以每天跑一千六嗎?需要休息嗎?
之前跑一個星期,結果膝蓋痛了三個星期,
(可能是練習立定跳遠的關係吧。)
到這個星期二才開始跑,可是跑了兩天,
大腿跟小腿都有點鐵腿….
最後目標是三千公尺要跑在十四分以內,
要怎麼訓練?
