跑一下子就餓了? - 路跑 Road Running

請問一下各位~
小弟我以前跑步大概跑到8km才會有飢餓的感覺..
大概10km才會有好餓好想吃東西..有點軟腳的那種感覺..
可是最近跑步..就算跑前2個小時先吃了兩片葡萄吐司(厚片的那種,熱量也有337kcal)
跑步跑到4km就開始餓了...5km就餓到抖抖抖...(9~10km/h)
請問這可能是哪裡出了問題??
肌肉量太少??肝醣量太少? 這算正常嗎??
