各位神人大大大家好
小弟跑步新手,以前沒有跑步習慣,偶爾隨便跑跑,最近打算開始認真學習跑步這項運動
。(沒辦法一個爆肥)
連續跑了三天後有點文題想請教,三天的距離速度如下:
<第一天>
5.43km 30分鐘 5分31秒/1km
<第二天>
6.3km 36分23秒 5分46秒/1km
<第三天>
5.47km 32分34秒 5分56秒/1km
可以看到速度越來越慢,可是實際上我感覺起來是一天比一天累。
正常來說身體習慣了之後不是會漸入佳境嗎?
為什麼我反而越跑越累呢?
是身體太疲勞嗎?
這樣我應該要休息一天還是堅持繼續下去呢?
