蹠骨痛跑鞋選擇 - 路跑 Road Running

從幾個月前開始幾乎每次跑步約3公里後,左腳蹠骨部分開始覺得有"鞋底很薄"的不舒服
感,一開始以為是穿了2年多的rider17穿薄了導致足底筋膜炎復發,到上個月發現只要長
時間走路後,左腳開始有腫脹的痛感,跑步腳底甚至會發熱,所以就換了rider18走路用
,且停跑了2個禮拜,再試著跑一次看看,還是不舒服,只是沒有發熱感那麼嚴重,最後
覺得應該不是單純足底筋膜炎,去看了復健科。
醫生和復健師都說我的鞋子太硬了,復健師說問題不大,只要換軟的鞋子就可以解決,
但是不能買全氣墊的,我的腳會受不了,所以才剛燒錢買rider的我,又要再燒一次錢了
,荷包真的很痛!!
生小孩後跑量不大,一個禮拜約1~2次(腳好後希望一個禮拜可以至少3次),以前每次約5~
7公里
想請教各位
1.請推薦"高足弓""窄楦"的腳,適合何種軟底跑鞋,金額最好可以2千多解決,如果沒得
選擇,還是會忍痛花下去!!
上次買rider18時,也有試穿店員推薦的skecher go run ride5,雖然走起來很軟舒服
,但當時怕太軟跑起來會不適應或受傷,且要價3千多,所以最後選擇了熟悉的rider18,
現在想起來是非常後悔,買沒多久的rider18也不知如何處理??
2.有摸skecher的走路鞋,比慢跑鞋還軟,是否應該買一雙走路鞋平常走路用。慢跑鞋就
專職跑步時穿????
3.足底筋膜炎和蹠骨痛都發生在左腳,是否是姿勢不當
