豐原馬拉松 - 路跑 Road Running

哈囉 路跑板的板友好
我也是還滿喜歡跑步的女生,哈
斷斷續續也跑了幾年,從為了減肥跟同學朋友一起跑,
到現在一個人到操場跑步也覺得很自在~
而且也看了一堆慢跑相關書籍來激勵自己,
高木直子的馬拉松一年級生跟天生就會跑之類的 (還有四週練出一身肌 XDDD)
參加過前年的富邦馬拉松10km組,覺得自己可以再多跑一點,
所以我今年想參加豐原馬拉松的半馬,有幾個問題想問一下:
1. 需要在賽前練跑完21km嗎?
我目前每次大概都跑個6km~8km左右,算是維持固定運動習慣,
一星期跑四五次,最多練習跑過12km,但最近下雨都沒跑...(遮臉),
在跑21km之前的練習量應該要怎麼安排?
2. 這是個小問題....板上有女生報豐原馬拉松嗎?
豐原馬拉松的衣服size要怎麼選?
我身高157cm/50kg 2010富邦馬選M號根本大到誇張,好像穿很啷的籃球衣
2011Nike 女生路跑也是M號,非常適合,這件衣服我也好喜歡!
所以...有緣人可以提供一點衣服size的意見嗎?
