請教國考體測的訓練方式(1200m要5:50) - 路跑 Road Running

我已經先在健身房跑跑步機將近兩個月
速度都跑11左右,最近開始實測,但表現不如人意
我最快跑到5:53,但離及格5:50還有段距離
而且這還是兩周來最佳成績,大多時候只跑到6:10左右
我們1200m是用400m一圈的操場測
我第一圈還可以跑在1:30~1:40這個區間
但第二圈會狂掉速,會跑到2:30左右
第二圈的腳力可以明顯感受到累,而且硬撐也不快
呼吸也是在進入第二圈時開始會抓不到節奏
總之,第二圈就像大魔王會卡我關
等第二圈過了以後,心肺和腳力的狀況會好一點
但因為第二圈掉太多,第三圈就算跑快,也無力回天
目前我的訓練安排是(11/28體測,還剩一個多月)
早上實測1200m約5次,除了第一次會在意成績外
其他是跑訓練和耐力為主
下午會去跑跑步機撐速度13,我大概算過速度13是及格速度
所以就算這速度我跑不到10分鐘,但我還是會盡量撐
想請問版上強者
我目前的訓練要調整,還是繼續醬練下去?
若要調整,又該怎調?
