請教吃咖啡因和bcaa對比賽的影響 - 路跑 Road Running

平常跑某些平路全馬會吃能量包,
希望跑出好成績,通常也不錯
這次跑國道全馬也是一樣,能量膠跟以前都一樣沒變,但只是特別在起床賽前吃了咖啡因
膠囊,

有四顆,我都吃了,結果平常起跑時大概心率落在150幾到170,慢慢心率上升,通常最後
頂多180。
但這次吃咖啡因後心律率直接從170幾開始起跳,沒多久就一直保持在180幾,甚至到190
幾近200。
跑起來是沒有感覺特別喘,但看到手錶心率如此高難免有些恐懼!
這次比賽也沒有表現比較好,但也不算特別差
所以想請問有吃的人是否我這樣吃太多顆了?吃咖啡因心率是否都會飆高?對長跑表現有
影響嗎?
另外有關bcaa部分是通常賽前30分鐘我會吃一包,跑到一半21k時會吃一包,但這次拿到
這款是有粉末跟膠囊兩種形式

我以前都吃粉末,沒吃過膠囊!
這次賽前吃到粉末,結果比賽到一半拿到膠囊,有四顆,我一下子無法適應,只好試著先
咬一顆,結果吐出來,後面只好到水站停下來吞,
想請問膠囊是不是一個水站吃一顆,然後再到下一站水站再吃一顆,這樣吃,還是說吃多
少自行決定?
我本來以為我應該賽前先吃膠囊,比賽中吃粉末才對,但看爬文好像也有人比賽吃膠囊,
想問一下如何吃比較好,謝謝
