各位帥哥美女好:
想請各位看一下我目前的狀況能設定全馬的目標
在3:30左右或是更好的嗎?
下列是目前本身的狀況
1.男41歲,181/75
2.月跑量這三個月是220/240/250,下個月260
3.每週跑4-5天。
一天跑山路,一圈3.7(上1.7下2)跑三圈
一天跑操場,4’25-30’’跑7-8公里
一天跑30km左右,用5’30左右跑,最後3/4
km會加速到5’5-10”
其他天就隨緣慢慢嚕7-10km
4.目前PB全馬是2013的3:45,半馬是2018的
1:38。最長的是2017合歡山5:20。
5.一直有維持跑步的習慣就算沒有參加路跑。
年跑量都維持在2200-2500這七八年。
為什麼會來請較一下各位呢?因為前一陣子跑
完太魯閣馬跑了個接近PB的數字,讓我著實嚇
了一跳,有些許山路下的情況還能跑的這樣(
當初只設定4:10左右就好,山路比較保守),
所以想說在明年二月底的大阪馬看要不要試著
朝3:30努力看看,所以來請各位幫我抓藥一下
,看我有無可能或不足的地方,在還有一個半
月的時間內我還能再多努力些什麼。先謝謝大
