請問各武術(例:空手道.跆拳道.合氣道.劍道.拳擊.有氧運動.....等)的熱身
都是做些什麼,時間會多久,做到什麼程度才算有熱身
我聽過跆拳道好像是踢腿100下 青蛙跳100下
因為很久以前了 不太記得正確內容
有請練跆拳道的板友指正
其他運動的熱身也是像這樣嗎? 內容和次數都一樣嗎?
疲累度也是一樣嗎?
