請問平常跑步要怎麼跑 我是說姿勢
比較能夠練到小腿
那如果要練大腿的話 又是怎樣的姿勢比較好???
問題二:
還有除了一些重量訓練以外 多作什麼姿勢可以讓肩膀的肉多一點
就是手臂的肌肉大一點
肩膀可以寬一點
