如題,各位板上的高手們都怎麼"調氣"呢?
長距離路跑來說..我是新手
有時會發生前1~3K氣調不順,導致沒有跑下去的動力
並不是沒體力也不是肌肉受不了..那種感覺很難形容
有時候調的很順就直接8~10K甚至更多
跑到感覺肌肉快到極限才停
是因為每次跑的步伐跟頻率都不一樣的關係嗎?
套一句游泳教練說的:不會控制速度就是不會游泳...
看來我還不會長跑
