大叔我目標是6小時到關門前完賽,然後隔天盡量不鐵腿受傷
每周頂多有三天(含周末)可練習的話
請問該怎樣配置訓練菜單呢
今年曾跑過半馬一次,約2小時40分完賽
周跑量約15km左右
