樹蔭多、廢氣少的賽事推薦 - 路跑 Road Running

小的是肉咖跑者,不勤奮地練著跑
參加賽事主要是想適度鞭策自己
順便趁機出遊玩耍、接觸大自然
又因為運動的時候不想擦防曬品
希望是少日曬的賽道
請各位大大推薦
一下是目前參加過的幾場賽事
1. 合歡山全馬,8.5hr被關門
風景非常美!但是沿途都有往來的車輛廢氣
也是因為自己太弱啦
如果跑6~10am,路上應該就沒啥車了
2. 冬山河半馬
大部分的賽道是沿著河道,空氣清新
幸好是在12月,雖然遮陽不多,還不至於太熱
3. 雙溪鐵道接力,5k
雖然是跑在省道上,不過來往車不多
當天下雨,沒曬太陽的問題
4. 杉林溪半馬
園區內很美~ 讓人想再訪
沿途多數有樹蔭遮陽,是很值得推薦的賽事
