小弟28歲,從高職就沒再運動,菸齡13年...(汗)
當兵沒跑過3000,沒出操過= =爽兵一個,
最近一個月才開始跑,到明天剛好一個月
從一開始2K就掛了慢慢到現在7K,
平常都跑2休1or跑2休2or跑3休1,至少會連跑兩天
每次跑完都不會喘,跑速大概6分40秒,
會停下來大部分都是腳痠或胃痛,
其實跑步也沒什麼目標,就想流的滿身汗,
接下來比較想把時間縮短,該做哪些訓練呢?
