訓練的質與量 - 路跑 Road Running

不久的將來即將要迎接個人的初馬,我還蠻期待的,所以這陣子跑的比較勤勞,也在幾個禮拜前就訂了課表。
爬過一些文,也參考過一些文章,所以開始對練習有一些疑問。
我知道訓量方式有分為漸速跑,LSD,間歇跑,配速跑,最大有氧跑,等等。我都是單獨跑,沒有訓練的伴,而且不同的跑法實在太過複雜,所以我有特地做的練習就是LSD,每個禮拜會跑一次超過25公里。
我的訓練純粹就是跑,不同課程和配速我不曉得差別和標準在哪,但是爬過的文章表示:“ LSD速度一般在6到7分速,超速就不叫LSD了有些人跑4分速還說自己是LSD “

我的問題是,速度不是在6到7分速的LSD就會沒有效果嗎?我完全沒有其他的課程安排,是不是這樣對訓練的質就會打折扣?
我認為馬拉松是一個身體與心理的運動,想要在比賽中取得好成績,必須讓自己的身體與心理都完全熟悉跑的感覺,因此我的練習方式純脆就是“跑”,每個禮拜大約 50 mies,有點類似以量取勝,沒有太多的策略。但是有朋友說,像我這樣的練習根本不正常,不會有太大的進步和效果。我的想法是,假設我可以習慣跑馬拉松的感覺和長度,那比賽中速度不是就會自動跑出來?
目前距離比賽還有六個多禮拜,想請得到一點意見和答案,不曉得我的想法和練習方式是不是有錯誤?希望還來得及改變或補救,謝謝!
