該先練長距離還是山路? - 路跑 Road Running

潛水多年第一次發文,想請教各位大大關於練習菜單的問題
小弟身高 175 公分,體重約 89 公斤(練跑四個月體重幾乎沒變...)
明年三月初想挑戰初馬,是新北雙溪櫻花馬
大約從九月開始練習到現在
9 月跑量 90 公里
10 月跑量 110 公里
11 月跑量 170 公里
12 月跑量目前 204 公里,月底應該會到 230 公里左右
從 11 月開始就是照著 nike+ 裡的全馬訓練菜單在練習
一週跑 5 天,週一短、週二長、週三短、週四休、週五短、週六拉長、周日休
目前只有上個月腳底板發痛,休息了五天
之後就更注重跑姿跟熱伸、收操,跑完後也沖冰水,盡量避免受傷以免延誤到練習量
上週有參加台北馬拉松的半馬當作練習,成績約 2 小時 20 分
從台北馬拉松與最近幾次的長距離練跑
我發現我的極限就是在 15 公里左右
過了 15 公里,腿部就會變得很沈重,速度也開始驟降
台北馬拉松半馬雖然有「跑」完全程,但最後 3 公里幾乎是苟延殘喘跑完
現在距離初馬還有 68 天,還是很擔心沒辦法順利完賽
畢竟櫻花馬是山路馬,而過去四個月以來我都只是在操場練跑
原本是預估 12 月底,也就是最近,開始去跑劍中劍練習山路
但劍中劍一趟差不多 18 公里
對我來說連平地 18 公里都有點難度了,山路真的沒啥信心
因此想來問一下各位大大的意見再來調整菜單
現在我是該先繼續把 LSD 的距離拉到 22、25 公里或更長,賽前一個半月再去練山路?
還是現在就該直接去山路練跑,提早適應跑步時的坡度?
另外想請教一個小小的問題
雖然初馬只求順利無痛完賽,但畢竟也是花了不少時間在練習
多少還是希望能在 5 個小時內完賽
想請問目前半馬勉強 2:20 ,接下來兩個月跑量大約也各是 200 公里的話
櫻花馬 sub 5 的機率大嗎?
