希望能進步到40分內
現有主要訓練菜單
1. 路跑8K 前半慢跑後半衝刺
2. 直線衝刺 100M間歇15趟 每趟休息15秒
3. 大腿小腿重訓跟跳繩15分鐘
預計想做的事情
1. 400M間歇 10趟 75秒/休30秒
2. 800M間歇 5趟 3MIN/1MIN
不知道這樣練可不可以,
