請問
用跑步來鍛鍊體能,要怎麼跑比較有效果呢??
如果以下面兩種方法來說,哪種會比較好??
方法一:慢慢的跑,不刻意要求時間與速度,一次跑個5000m或更長,
以能夠輕鬆跑完為主。
方法二:訂定一個時間標準,例如3000m 15分鐘、5000m 25分鐘,要求
自己每次都能跑在標準之內。
我以前都是用方法一來訓練體能,3000m大概18分鐘可以輕鬆跑完。
這幾個禮拜開始改用方法二在跑,3000m可以勉強跑在15分鐘,但是會跑的很要命,
所謂的要你命3000 @@~
可以請高手們告訴我那種方法對增進體能比較有效果??
或是有其他更好的跑法??
