本人高2 不是專攻體育的人 但對跑步很有興趣!
我目前大約跑1'05(有釘鞋) 但我蠻胖的..(169cm 68Kg有在減肥了...)
想問如何訓練400公尺??
目前的練法: 1. 用車輪內胎練抬腿(類似橡皮筋)
2. 每天用7成功力跑個3次
~~ T~~ 王~~ ET之王!!
