小弟的慢跑經歷是從這個暑假開始
跑了將近一個月4000的時間大概是40分鐘
這已經是目前的體能上限了
請問要如何增加我的體力和耐力呢?
每次在跑操場,都會有位大叔跟我一起跑
可是看著他一直超過我
而且我跑玩了他還在繼續跑
那種感覺就很不好
我目前是170公分 86公斤
還有要減肥更明顯一點是要增加強度
還是增加時間一直跑下去
