有關飲食的問題 - 路跑 Road Running

我平常7:00AM左右起床
吃個早餐開始工作
早餐內容通常是:一片烤法國麵包(蠻大片的,塗點奶油)+沖泡式咖啡
這樣可以一路撐到中午也不特別覺得餓
自從改成晨跑後
早餐的麵包就改在5:30~6:00之間吃
6:00左右去跑(熱!熱!熱!)
跑完後就喝咖啡, 有時加顆茶葉蛋之類
然後10:00AM左右就感到好餓 = =
請問各位前輩這該怎辦呢? 回來再吃一次早餐 ?
該吃些甚麼會比較合適呢 ? (我的體重正常, 體脂稍高 26/7左右)
