蛙式姿勢 - 游泳討論

各位高手們想請教一個問題,我游泳每次大概都游一千到一千五公尺,約四十到五十分鐘(唉,好慢),但只要是游蛙式,隔天脖子都會肌肉酸,很像落枕,請問是我的蛙式姿勢不良嗎?可以透過什麼自學方式改正?感激不盡!
