最近練習狀況很差
萬金石只能改成訓練賽
打算配3:30列車
有板友要一起上車的嗎?
我穿永和慢跑背心
背後「可能」會掛一張3:30的布(看這幾天狀況)
要一起出發的話可以先到新北市馬拉松協會(永和慢跑)的攤位約一下
不然人太多可能會失散orz
預計配速:
1k: 4:58
5k: 24:50
10k: 49:40
15k: 1:14:30
20k: 1:39:20
Half: 1:44:48
25k: 2:04:10
30k: 2:29:00
35k: 2:53:50
40k: 3:18:40
Finish: 3:29:34
P.S 要更快的車也有,不過不是我配速,可以幫忙介紹車長
