3/20就要開跑了 最近兩個禮拜我做了30k的長距離
前面20k都能維持540-545的配速 25k開始體力開始震盪
小腿緊繃 步伐踏不太出去 接近30k時就已經是6分多了
比賽當天後面還有10k要跑 恐怕會掉到很難看的成績
請問大家 技術上已經沒辦法惡補了 配速的策略上
是不是可以稍微調整呢 例如前面20k配6分或是550
後面才能縮短撞牆期呢
小腿緊繃純粹是跑量堆的不夠多嗎 還是說平時有什麼動作可訓練呢
