吃完了午餐 又吃點心 點心吃完了
又喝了一瓶豆漿
三點去練瑜珈
上到一半 頭昏眼花 差點 口土 出來
所以記得瑜珈的規定 每餐吃到七分飽就好
可以減肥且對身體好
