除非你架功率計測FTP~
不然你在路上騎, 隨便就偷偷休息一下, 數據好像也不會影響太多~
而跑步因為會鎖步頻和步距, 基礎上就是比較不會一下慢一下快~另外就是一慢馬上就知道了QQ
跑步對連續上坡的中低強度連續輸出有幫助, 對立騎也有幫助~
但是跑步會鎖住安全心跳, 大功率輸出很可能會被封印~
至於使用腿部不同肌群, 與上半身肌肉量的差異就不講了~
總之....在科技演進的歷史中~
自行車是比跑步偷懶的~
所以跑步可以補強騎單車~
騎單車會拖累跑步(如果是要把跑步能力推到極致的話)
騎單車大腿和上半身肌肉量會增加
而這些肌肉對跑步沒什麼幫助又會幫忙消耗功率~
俗話說...騎車再快,快不過壯哥~
Lance Armstrong轉戰馬拉松...也是很快~
不過PB是2:46:43~
