我不是3歲小孩,而是一個18歲男孩,平常也愛運動,羽球棒球自行車,實力應該都還算
不錯,但很怕需要一直跑的運動,跑步是當然,籃球足球這類也是,打不到十分鐘就氣喘

吁,而且有時候累到頭會痛會想吐,最近覺得自己既然蠻喜歡運動的,運動細胞應該也算
不錯,心肺耐力總不能那麼難看,所以前幾個禮拜開始跑慢跑,3k、5k看狀況跑,剛好有
騎車的習慣所以有車錶跟心跳帶,就拿來跑步用。雖然覺得自己的心率一定比別人高,但
好像也太高了吧,平常站著心率8、90,慢跑到最後一百公尺衝刺一下會破200,下面附圖
,而且配速大概也在6:45~7:00左右,是有慢慢在進步,心率最後一次3k好像有降到179
,但最近一次5k還是高達188rpm,所以打算去掛個心臟內科看個究竟。還是想進步,所以
請問慢跑新手要怎麼提升耐力及速度,需要注意哪個方面?呼吸,步頻之類的?需要什麼
