膝蓋後側疼痛求解 - 路跑 Road Running

許多初跑者都會有這種情形,去看醫生可以比較心安,不想去看醫生的話,
就暫時先在開跑的前幾K放慢速度,後面再恢復原速,跑完之後冰敷痛處20分鐘,
約7-10天後大概就會慢慢正常,然後隨著練習強度增加,還會再痛的,而且
痛的地方會跳來跳去,不用緊張但也不能不理,遇到再來討論吧。
以版主10K/55分會痛來說,我會建議前3K24分,4-6K21分,7-10K24分,
先把10K降到69-70分跑完吧,要有耐心"慢"跑~~~別急著衝,等腳好了再說。
