膝蓋咖啦咖啦 - 路跑 Road Running

各位下午好,我開始慢跑大概才2週左
右,每天跑5000左右,差不多跑了一
週左右的時候,發現右腳的膝蓋走路
的時候會有咖啦咖啦的感覺,沒有很
明顯,也不會痛,會的話也是非常輕
微的痛,後來我戴著護膝跑,感覺比
較好,但護膝脫掉之後,恩,感覺變
嚴重了,害我現在都不敢去跑了,應
該不是鞋子的問題,我穿的是Nike
free run 才剛開始怎麼就這樣…我還
買了全套的慢跑裝備,該不會都要送
人了吧,不過,會不會跟我暖身做的
隨便有關係?通常只轉轉踝關節,拉
拉筋就開始跑了。在操場看著大家可
以跑,真的很羨慕
