大家好,我從去年十二月開始跑步,一路走來紀錄如下:

距離從每月總共五十公里,二月份終於突破一百大關,而二月開始調成一個月跑十次。
(跑速非常不快,每小時七公里多)
原本預計慢慢增加每個月單次跑的里程(二月開始,8-10-12-15-18KM這樣),
無奈就在三月份把單次距離拉到十二公,跑完第五六次後,
疑似因為膝蓋肌肉還不夠強壯而受了傷(不會痛,但跑步的時候不適無力)。
有去看過運動傷害,照過X光,骨頭沒受傷,肌肉有點腫。
但看完這次醫生半個月後去跑好像也不見改善。
上個禮拜因為腳拐到去看中醫,順便開始針灸膝蓋。
目前感覺是有好一點了,在受傷期間也聊勝於無做了兩次重訓。
但現在比較困擾的是,我的菜單是否該調整?
基本上我覺得每個月跑十次不算多,但單次12KM我暫時又負荷不了。
如果減少單次里程成八公里或十公里,增加跑步次數呢?
這個作法感覺比較可行,但是我暑假想參加半馬,想問一下這樣訓練到時候撐得住嗎?
還有就是,我需不需要研究一下姿勢跑法了?
