腳踝受傷後處理 - 路跑 Road Running

3月時跑一場10KM的比賽後 腳有點受傷
腳根跟腳踝外側跑一下就不舒服 因此休息一個月
4-5月一個禮拜跑一次 慢慢跑 一次3KM左右
3個禮拜前腳踝內側撞到 變成內外側都不太舒服
快走的話疼痛感很明顯
最近看了3個地方 分別如下:
1.推拿師父(有證照 朋友推薦)
師父說:外側有點腫,內側還好,叫我2-3天去看一次,並建議我不要戴護踝
他說這樣血液循環不好
2.榮總骨科
醫生把我腳轉幾個方向找疼痛點,並照X光,本要求照超音波,但醫生說他看X光片
就可以翻推出金谷有沒有受傷,看了X光片後他說我韌帶受傷,建議我平時帶護膝
多熱敷、多休息、去一般復建診所做超音波治療,幫助韌帶修復。開一條消炎藥高給我
叫我回去擦藥時輕輕按摩(之前有一個禮拜吃藥 感覺沒什麼效果)
3.我家附近復健診所
醫生也照X光,他說我是肌肉發炎,直接開了消炎藥跟肌肉鬆弛劑
(西醫似乎每次都開這兩種藥)
也是建議我帶護踝,強調不要去推拿、按摩、針灸,這樣只會越弄越糟
而我一位久病成良醫的好友一直跟我說,西醫的復健根本沒用,只會越弄越糟!
他都去找1那位推拿師父,記師父按的痛點,回家有空就自己推,自己多旋轉足踝復健
(但榮總醫生說自己轉沒有用,要靠身體自己休息修復)
怎麼感覺每個人講的都不太一樣!?
目前打算先看一個月復健診所看看 這樣OK?
