腳著地之後,當支撐點,換另一隻腳向前邁進。
腳著地之後,
1.是要輕鬆向下出力、約平行往後移動。
2.還是要出點力往後上方勾起來,類似踢腿。
2的速度會比較快一點,但是會不會容易受傷...?
還是有其他施力方向= =+?
