腰挺不直 - 瑜珈 Yoga

我做瑜珈已經好一陣子了,但是發現一個問題。
就是我在做一些動作時,腰都無法像老師那樣呈現一個弧度
就是我的腰會很僵硬,然後沒辦法像老師那樣柔軟。
老師說那是因為我的腰比較沒力,所以會這樣,練久了柔軟了,自然就挺的起來了
不知有什麼動作可以幫助我腰部更柔軟一點呢?
還是因為我長久以來坐姿不正確,才會造成這樣呢?
