二顆腎臟都僅剩常人腎功能的一半,是否可以從事一般常人的運動,如跑步,打籃球,踢足球等等?適合從事那方面的運動?如果可以從事運動,該注意那些事項?

而如果運動太過激烈的話,細胞消耗蛋白質量速度就會加快,一連串的過程就會對腎使用過度,所以做好事做些比較溫和系的運動,如游泳慢跑,重要的是一定要休息而不要疲勞過度。
