脛骨爆炸的大叔復活了 - 路跑 Road Running

大家好,小弟我就是在成大跑,上次跑到脛骨爆炸的36歲大叔(又是小弟又是大叔的),經過上次大炸裂後,大叔我一直一直不敢跑,但偷偷跑去蔡式買了第一雙人生必備美津濃,然後有空就練一下深蹲,聽說這樣跑步時屁股會有線條(大誤)
終於熬了兩週後上週開始跑,第一次是3K,脛骨還是有點痛但發現之前的FILA鞋底真的太軟完全沒支撐,美津濃跑起來真的不怎麼痛,而且熱身也拉長時間,然後第二次6K,終於今天進展到9K 54M,而且脛骨完全不會痛,大復活了!(撒花)
剛跑完太興奮還在成大就忍不住發文了!外面真的好冷(抖…)希望趕得及二月的高雄馬拉松小弟的人生初半馬。
心得:受傷真的不能急,每天按摩加強基本肌肉訓練,總會好的!
