脛前肌疼痛(or抽筋?)的問題 - 路跑 Road Running

小妹最近開始慢跑約一個多月
前面有循序漸進地先從快走開始約兩周多(之前很久沒運動)
最近開始跑走(距離不長,最多3k,每周約五次)+每周1~2次打球(籃球)
運動前平均也會熱身個10~15分鐘+走個一兩圈
奇怪的是每次慢跑還不超過1k 左前小腿就開始痛到像抽筋
然後就只能停下來慢慢的把剩下的距離走完 順便當收操
這種痛每次也都只有當下很嚴重(光是把腳懸空也會感覺到不適)
過一兩小時之後頂多就是有點痠痛 休息一下之後也不會影響走路
但是打球時(大約兩小時左右,也不太算輕度運動)就不會有這問題
試問這種狀況下該怎麼辦?
是應該要硬著頭皮跑完當作訓練那塊肌肉嗎?
還是現在應該先換成游泳or上半身為主的運動比較好?
另外還想請教一下究竟如何改善這種問題?
