初半馬練習量 - 路跑 Road Running

因為剛好在台東當兵,所以就報名了11/17的池上伯朗大道路跑21公里組,
平常的練習量為一天跑10公里,隔天6公里,每天持續下去,除非部隊有事
很忙,不然都會擠出時間跑,請問這樣的練習量夠完賽嗎?我好害怕被關門。
