怎麼練習10km? - 路跑 Road Running

大家好!我報名了11月的舒跑盃,距離是9km,
平常大概一個星期跑4次,都是3km控制在20~25min
但是我對跑步的方法和配速都不是很了解!....
每次幾乎都是盡量能多快就多快(因為蠻胖的所以一開始能快則快)
前兩天為了嘗試能否做到目標一口氣跑了9km,後果就是隔天鐵腿和長水泡
(但我全程都是很慢的速度,主要是想嘗是距離)
希望大家教我一下如何有策略和技巧性的規劃訓練自己!!!謝謝~
