發這個文有點心虛
不知道會不會被丟雞蛋(?)
咳,回歸主題
這問題困擾我很久了,因此想請教一下
我是個胸部還滿豐滿的人 (就..內衣通常穿F吧)
每次做好多動作都覺得很不方便呀呀呀呀呀
比如說坐姿前彎
其實我常都覺得(如果沒有那兩團肉)我應該還能再彎下去才是
因為腰腿都很輕鬆,沒有繃很緊的感覺,但是胸已經整個都壓在大腿上了
壓得好痛Orz
而且身體也都還有點斜的(我也想向老師那樣整個平貼嘛><)
盤腿身體前傾也是,每次胸部整個靠貼在腿上就卡住了
害我額頭都沒辦法著地-.-
明明以我的柔軟度應該是要碰得到的啊(哭)
還有一個動作是坐著,以手拉起腿
雖然是要拉到耳側,但每次還是卡胸部卡得我很痛苦
(手啊腳啊胸啊會有點打結,姿勢很難橋)
請問這個難道這真的除了減胸外就無解嗎?><
還是是我個人姿勢或是呼吸之類不對啊?

其實瑜珈困擾還算小了
最近多上了有氧課程,我懶得再買其他運動衣
就穿了先前為了上瑜珈課買的運動衣去
可是我當時運動衣都買得很貼...
做瑜珈還沒什麼問題,畢竟比較靜態
但做有氧就囧了
每次那兩團肉都會跟著我的動作跳跳跳...
班上又好多男生,我都快囧死了
不曉得該買什麼運動衣比較好?
