肌肉酸痛的問題 - 路跑 Road Running

我是一個很少在運動的人... 但因為要入伍了
有時間就撥空練習... 上禮拜六下午第一次路跑
才跑1公里多就快不行了...
跑完之後發現我肌肉酸的地方是大腿和腳踝附近的肌肉
大腿的話是在離膝蓋較近的內側酸的成份稍微多一點
請問這樣是正常的嗎?
我記得之前跑跑步機是小腿比較容易酸...
另外,到今天已經過2天了...酸痛似乎還沒全好(好慢= =)
這樣子適合再去跑嗎?還是要等它全好?
