肌少症 - 路跑 Road Running

最近看到一個簡易測試肌少症的方式
用雙手食指&大姆指環繞小腿肚
如果無法環繞表肌肉量正常
如果可以環繞且有空隙表示有肌少症傾向
自己好奇一量結果是有空隙的-.-|||
目前跑步應該有7~8年
休賽季月跑200上下,賽季會到300
全馬有進330…
身材172/62 體脂約15%
平常不太做肌力訓練
莫非肌肉被有氧燒太多了…
(自己在懷疑會不會是手指比較長XD)
有人有這樣的疑問嗎?謝謝
