練跑後的膝蓋痛 求解 - 路跑 Road Running

小弟自國道初半馬碰到的問題就是膝蓋痛
尤其是左膝蓋
抽筋倒是沒發生過
大概是跑得過慢吧
休息很久一段時間膝蓋的問題還是沒解決
猜測是之前姿勢太過前傾而且有點墊腳尖跑
感覺有點變成像舊傷了
請問大大這是這常的情形 可以繼續訓練
還是要改變訓練內容先照顧膝蓋呢?
