自己是沒時間去跑重訓室..
所以就在家作起了伏地挺身...但作久了之後
發現開始稍微有外擴的跡象
然後看別人的胸肌還挺集中的 外擴就真的有點醜
請問有沒有比較好的方法 不用速成的也行
因為在家唸書唸完了洗澡之前都會作一下運動
所以應該是會持續著作
